When: 1830 for a 1900 start - Friday 30 July at the Hellenic Club 

Cost: Tickets $50 each. Partners are encouraged to attend to make up (socially distanced) tables of 8.

The Rotary Clubs of the ACT announced the eight finalists for the 2021 ACT Rotary Emergency Services Community Awards (RESCA). The ACT RESCA are designed to recognise emergency service personnel who have gone above and beyond their call of duty and reflected the Rotary motto of “Service above Self”.

• John Berry - ACT Ambulance Service, Operations

• Brett Vey - ACT Rural Fire Service, Molonglo Brigade

• Tina Siver - ACT Rural Fire Service, Guises Creek Brigade

• William Black - ACT State Emergency Service, Majura Unit

This year the ACTRFS has the most nominations of all the services for consideration in the Awards. It would be really great to see a strong ACTRFS presence from the brigades across the Territory to support the awesome work so many of our colleagues do. Especially when our cousins in NSW are forced to have another virtual RESCA event for their State this year!
